I had the final two windows in my home installed and had a terrific experience, merely as I have in the past. What is not bad almost New South is I did my home over four different installments. My windows are consistent quality. The installers were equally equally practiced each time. I accept cut my utility bill past 25% to 30%. My biggest savings happens during the warmest months of the twelvemonth! That's big in Florida!

This company is top notch. The sales team are virtually informative and pleasant. I simply got 2 sliding doors, but was treated like I was buying a whole business firm full. They kept me informed as to how my order was progressing in their manufacturing plant which was reassuring to me. (I've worked with other companies that didn't and had to achieve out to them.) Installation was wonderful. I at present have beautiful sliding doors that offer more security and do not sweat when it'due south hot outside and the Air conditioning is on. The crew was respectful of my domicile and covered article of furniture to keep any dust off them. They did a smashing job cleaning up too. I chosen the office for help with filling out the rebate with TECO and they were great. It was a pleasure working with all of them and I volition employ them once again for all subsequent window replacements.

Our son and daughter-in-law moved to Palm Bay most two years agone. They were very impressed with the hurricane windows made by New South Windows and had them installed in their house. My married woman and I came from Virginia and now alive in a house near our son. He showed us his windows and highly recommended them to the states. So, we contacted New South Windows and a pleasant representative came to our habitation. He demonstrated the shatter resistance and the UV/rut-blocking properties of the visitor's particularly formulated drinking glass. This drinking glass had been developed for use in Florida'southward hurricanes and heated weather.
My wife and I agreed that these windows and doors were what we wanted, then nosotros contracted for 10 windows and 3 doors. The representative took preliminary measurements before he left. In about two weeks, another agent came and again fabricated measurements to be sure that all the doors and windows would fit perfectly. Since the items are custom-fabricated, there was a three calendar month wait earlier installation. But the time passed chop-chop.
Then we got the call: WINDOWS AND DOORS are prepare! A date for installation was fix. On that day the work crew arrived and presently had put plastic sheeting over areas that might be afflicted by dust. Aquiles ** and his coiffure worked very hard measuring, fitting, installing, cleaning, and doing the other many tasks to complete the job. Everything was explained to us and all went according to the contract instructions. At the end of each workday, all droppings was taken away and everything was left in neat and proficient condition. Nosotros greatly appreciate their work and attention to details. RESULT: our windows and doors wait elegant!

We are very happy with the window and door products, the quality is infrequent. The office staff is very polite and we e'er, ever appreciated their aid. We were very impressed with the installers: punctual, polite, went right to work and were very focused on the installation of windows and doors, cleaned up earlier they left each day. Likewise, we were very impressed with our punch-out professional person who came back to tweak some issues. A French door that refuses to remain completely open is an event that our dial-out pro twice said could not be corrected; that is disappointing since it opens to an exterior atrium porch.
The 4 vs five stars comes communication bug we experienced between the part and field. We institute if nosotros had questions, requests, items added to existing service tickets, nosotros had to constantly follow-up to make sure our concerns were existence communicated and seen by those who had the authorization to act. With diligence on our part, everything was addressed to our satisfaction with the exception of the swinging French door that has a heed of its own. We contracted in late August 2021 with installation early December. NSW is a professional person business that offers a bang-up production. Nosotros will not hesitate to use them again.

The sales rep, John, was very informative and hands-on. He stayed in touch with me through the whole way and through the installation, even though he's non in it. He's still post-obit up with me at present to brand sure even the post-installation inspections are going well. The installation was very quick and easy. There are so many windows in our house and the thought of removing and replacing every window in my house virtually seems like an engineering impossibility, let alone i that they could do in almost ii days. They came in with iii teams of people and had all hands on deck. They were in and out of here in two and a one-half days and probably could accept been done in two days if we weren't in their style. And then, it was amazing.
Too, on the 2nd and third days, it rained horribly and they did an amazing task cleaning upwardly after themselves under a not-ideal situation, given the rain and dirt and what they're doing. When they were washed, our house was clean and I was surprised. I idea we would be cleaning up for months. I bought 83 windows from NewSouth Window Solutions and the quality is fantastic. They're gorgeous, very pretty, sturdy, stable and heighten the value of our house.

The sales rep that I dealt with was very overnice. He came with the ability to answer any question that I take. He presented the product in a timely way and he had pictures of other people's windows and other installations. He had some references. I know that all of us simply carry the references of people that dearest us, but I likewise felt like many of the people that had bought the windows that he had talked to were people that were sitting right on the water where I am not. So if they felt better about using someone who could withstand 200-mile an hour winds off the gulf, I felt pretty skillful almost that too.
NewSouth exceeded my expectations from the very beginning, explaining what was going to happen and nigh the windows. They were about four weeks ahead of fourth dimension in making a delivery of the windows. Then, that made me very happy. The gentleman and his son who installed the windows were excellent and helpful in every way. But they had forgotten to make a screw for one of my windows so when the gentleman came back to finish putting the trim pieces on, he as well made the spiral and there was no problem. Nobody saturday on their phone the whole time they were here.

The sales rep, Jim, was wonderful, and nosotros loved him. He answered all our questions and was patient. We then had two friendly guys out here for the installation. They went to work, and in that location wasn't no messing around. They replaced eight windows and a sliding glass door. I would highly recommend NewSouth. If y'all've got a rental firm, you want to but supervene upon a window, but these windows are for life. Nosotros had a lot of work washed to our home over the by year, and this was the final footstep. It'due south a delivery, just it'southward definitely worth the coin. Nosotros're getting older, and we all the same alive in the aforementioned place.
Hurricanes blow things around, and that'south another reason why we wanted to get something so strong and sturdy. Last calendar week, the county inspector came out and said, "Yep, your windows are good." And then today at two o'clock, NewSouth is going to make their final trip out here and practice the finishing touches, put the slats in the window. It was a pleasure to work with New S Window to supervene upon all the windows and sliding glass door in my home. The Estimator Luis ** was very friendly and knowledgeable and the quality of the windows are great. The lead time for the windows to be manufactured and installed was quoted at 16 weeks and was completed much quicker. It was virtually a 12-week pb time. The installation process was completed in i twenty-four hours. My A/C has run for an average of 2 less hours since window installation with no modifications to my A/C temp or schedule. Looking forrad to the Energy savings.

I couldn't be happier with my new replacement windows. The installers were keen. Explanation of what was being done & the process was given & was informative. Surface area was cleaned thoroughly. Also the wait time between order & installation was much shorter than other companies.
